He acquired cult status as Dave Lister on BBC 2′s hugely popular Red Dwarf and has appeared in a myriad of other shows as an actor or presenter, including cult classics Takeshi’s Castle and Robot Wars. He presents the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show for BBC 6Music where he explores the past present and future of the genres. His DJ sets are infectious! Mr Thing knows a thing or two about what constitutes a good funk record and most certainly knows how to put two records together.
